Step 1:          

Please register your interest to take part in the Para V or Icy Para V by emailing:  jonty@warneken.com

Step 2:          

Download the observation form and complete your swims making sure the observation form is completed and signed after each swim.

Step 3:          

Upon completion of the 5 swims, please send your completed and signed observation forms to: jonty@warneken.com and make the registration payment of £25.00.

Step 4:          

We will send a form for you to complete with the information for your certificate and send you your badge and Para V cap.
